As an actress working as a creative business changemaker, for 20 years Adda is passionate about transforming organisations through connection, collaboration and creativity. Focussing on flourishing organisations through individual and collective wellbeing is key for me.

Adda has more then 20 years experience in developing leadership and transformational interventions for ministries like the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure (Rijkswaterstaat) and the Flemish Ministery of Agriculture. As well as in large scale organisations like Rabobank, DLL and Norsk Hydro. she uses theatre tools and experiental learning to create more freedom in mindset and behaviour. Adda knows the language of the corporate world. That makes me the expert in digital (non-)verbal leadership behaviour.

Due to her background in theater, Adda is able to get large groups moving easily and achieve a high learning return here too. As chairman of the day she brings humor and body language and quickly create safety and trust in a group. She mainly works with theater methods because they are valuable for the innovative and change capacity of a group / organization. This is because people come ‘out of the head’, experience physically and become aware of cultural patterns in a playful way.
